You may shop at BrittleBrothers.com with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize Net, a leading payment gateway, to offer safe and secure credit card transactions to our customers. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions, industry leading encryption hardware and software methods and security protocols to protect customer information, and compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard.

Shipping

Our products are shipped via UPS ground service within the US 50 states.  Additional charges apply if overnight delivery is requested. We reserve the right to choose a different  method of delivery at the time the order is placed.

Shipping costs may vary based on the destination and weight or the total cost of the items you order, along with any destination surcharges added by the carrier.

We make small batches of our gourmet brittle to meet consumer demand.  As a result, items are generally shipped out within 5 business days of receipt of your order unless otherwise noted on the item description page, and your order should arrive fresh within 3-7 business days once it leaves our facility.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 14 day, full refund guarantee on our products sold through the online store. If you are unhappy with the quality of our gourmet brittle for any reason, we want to know about it.  Please contact us with in the 14 day period to receive your refund. We do not refund original or return shipping costs.

If you choose to cancel your order on the same business day on which you ordered and it is prior to 3:00 PM CST or CDT, there will be no charge. If you choose to cancel your order after it has been shipped, it is considered a return and will be handled in accordance with our return policy.

Taxes

Sales tax in the amount of 9.25% will be added to all items sent to Tennessee residents.
